Michel Bachelier

Chairman

​​Mr. Bachelier’s expertise is in structuring and lead managing large projects in the natural resources and energy sectors. Over the years, he has been active in both developed economies and emerging markets.
 

During his career, Mr. Bachelier has initiated and founded several projects in different fields, from High Tech to Pharmaceuticals, and has also worked on Corporate Finance and Structured Finance transactions.

Amer Zulfiqar

CEO

Mr. Zulfiqar has experience across a variety of sectors, from financial services, and
commodities trading, to real estate investment and project financing.


He has operated extensively in the secondary financial market and the secondary
downstream petrochemical industry, with deep technical experience working with
heavy gasoline and aviation kerosene. Mr. Zulfiqar has established and run closed-
end property funds across the MENA region and the United Kingdom, employing
dynamic and secure exit strategies.

Grégoire de Courlon

CFO

Mr de Courlon has extensive experience consulting in the field of structuring and
management of large projects in developed and emerging markets, with a particular
focus in European, American, and African markets. 

Mr de Courlon has co-founded a Wealth Management firm and invested in various
Internet companies, and he continues to advise and assist entrepreneurs on financial
structuring and on capital raising, with particular focus in the field of Technology.

Suad Sultan

COO

Ms. Sultan developed her early career fostering networks across the corporate,
governmental, philanthropic, and high-net-worth areas, building relationships with
individuals and businesses from a variety of industries and global locations,
specifically within the Middle East and Africa.

Ms. Sultan oversees the comprehensive portfolio of clients and projects on two
continents, in addition to working on key strategic growth, operational planning and
legal restructuring.
